How do I get paid/How do I set up my payment profile?

There are two ways to get paid through Convoy. You can chose to receive payment directly from Convoy or you can chose to work with a factoring company.
 
For carriers who want to get paid directly by Convoy, you will need to set up your payment profile by going to carrier.convoy.com/paymentprofile and completing your payment profile. All payments will be sent via direct deposit. 
 
 

If you use a Factoring Company:

We will need a notice of assignment on file in order to process payment to your factoring company. You can email this to ap@convoy.com, or have your factoring company email it in. Please note, if at any point you want to start receiving payment directly from Convoy, we will need a letter of release from your factoring company. 

 

If we pay you directly:

Go to carrier.convoy.com/paymentprofile to complete your payment profile. You will login to the Convoy website the same way you would login to the Convoy mobile app.

Please enter your registered mobile number and click "get code". You will then receive a 4-digit verification code to login.

Once logged in, please navigate to the menu button at the top right corner and click "payment profile". There you will be able to enter your payment information. Don't forget to click "save payment profile" once you are done! You can return to this page at any time to edit your payment information. 

Our payments are typically issued 30 days from shipment completion. However, we also have the option for carriers to earn Free Quick Pay by meeting our Quick Pay requirements on each load. To earn Quick Pay, the correct driver must be assigned to the load and have the Convoy app downloaded to their mobile device with location services enabled. This includes having your location services enabled for the entire duration of the shipment along with 3.5 hours before the scheduled pickup appointment time. The driver will also need to mark stop completion events in the app and upload a photo of the BOL within 24 hours of shipment completion.  

Sending us a BOL is required to get paid, whether we pay you directly or you use a factoring company.
