The Convoy Platform is now owned and operated by Flexport Freight Tech LLC as a shipment marketplace. If you previously had an account with the freight brokerage Convoy, Inc., you can activate an account on the Convoy Platform in 3 simple steps:
Log in to the Convoy mobile app
Enter the phone number connected to your prior Convoy, Inc. account. If you need to redownload the app, you can do so from the Google Play Store or iOS App Store.
Verify the account
The Convoy Platform will send a code to the phone number or email on file with the FMCSA for your MC/DOT. Select the verification method you prefer to use (text message or email), and enter the code into the next screen.
Review and accept terms
Review and accept terms to finish setup of your account. You can view, bid, and accept loads directly through the Convoy Platform!
