How do I assign or reassign drivers on the app?

You can assign or reassign a driver in the Convoy app at any time leading up to the pickup of the shipment. However, to be eligible for the QuickPay discount, a driver must be assigned to the shipment 4 hours before the pickup appointment.

  1. Go to the “My Loads” tab in the bottom menu of your app.

  2. Click on the "Booked" tab.

  3. Tap on the load you need to assign/reassign.

  4. Under the “Details” tab, scroll down to the “Quick Actions” section and tap “Driver”

  5. Select the driver that you are assigning to the load.
