How do I assign or reassign drivers on the app?


You can assign or reassign a driver in the Convoy app at any time leading up to the pickup of the shipment. However, to be eligible for the QuickPay discount, a driver must be assigned to the shipment at least 4 hours before the pickup appointment.

Assigning/Reassigning a driver:

  1. Go to the “My Loads” tab in the bottom menu of your app.

  2. Click on the "Booked" tab.

  3. Tap on the load you need to assign/reassign.

  4. Under the “Details” tab, scroll down to the “Quick Actions” section and tap “Driver

  5. Select the driver that you are assigning to the load.
