Here are the steps to follow if you are running into a message that says “Screen Overlay Detected” when trying to access your Convoy app.
- Tap on “Open Settings”
- Disable your other Screen Overlay apps
- Switch back to Convoy, and accept permissions prompts
After following these steps, you can go back to your Settings and re-enable your other Screen Overlay apps.
