Some loads may have special requirements due to the operations of the facility, the nature of the product, etc. Any load that has special requirements will have this noted directly in the Convoy app so that carriers are made aware prior to booking the load.
How to tell if a load has special requirements:
When looking at loads posted to the Convoy Platform, loads with unique expectations will have 'Special Requirement Applied' listed. When clicking on the load, the requirements are listed in detail. Some shipments may require the dispatcher / owner operator to confirm that they have read and will abide by the special requirements prior to booking the load.
Please ensure your carrier company successfully completes all listed special requirements on applicable shipments. Failure to adhere to these expectations may result in being blocked from hauling loads certain loads on the Convoy Platform.
