Why are important shipment details missing from the Convoy app?

As part of our efforts to ensure Convoy loads are delivered timely, accurately, and securely, the Convoy app will not display certain details about a shipment until four (4) hours before the scheduled pickup.

 Further, note such details will not be included in the rate confirmation - you will need to return to the Convoy app if you want to view them again.
