What if I accidentally accepted a load?

When accepting or bidding on loads through the mobile app, please be aware that these are real shipments and that by accepting a load, you are agreeing to take the shipment. As soon as your press accept and confirm, we'll send you a rate confirmation.

If you accidentally accepted a load through our app, please let us know as soon as possible. You can notify our team that you would like to cancel the load by following these steps:

1. Go to the menu and tap "My Loads"

2. Under "Booked" tap on the load you accidentally accepted.

3. Tap on the support menu (• • •) in the top right hand corner. 

4. Tap on "Cancel Job".

5. A representative at Convoy will call you to verify you need to be pulled off the load. 


Please remember, falling off a load will impact your carrier scorecard. To view the loads affecting your scorecard, go to "Profile" and click into the "Fall Off" details. 

If you have any questions or concerns about a load listed as a fall off, you can email to request a review.
