What if I accidentally accepted a load?

When accepting or bidding on loads through the mobile app, please be aware that these are real shipments and that by accepting a load, you are agreeing to take the shipment. As soon as your press accept and confirm, we'll send you a rate confirmation.

If you accidentally accepted a load through our app, please let us know as soon as possible. You can notify our team that you would like to cancel the load by following these steps:

1. Go to the menu and tap "My Loads"

2. Under "Booked" tap on the load you accidentally accepted.

3. Tap on the support menu (• • •) in the top right hand corner. 

4. Tap on "Cancel Job".

5. A representative at Convoy will call you to verify you need to be pulled off the load. 


Please remember, falling off a load will impact your carrier scorecard. You can identify the loads impacting your score by selecting the “Profile” tab and tapping the scorecard metric: FALLOFFS. If you have any questions or concerns about a load listed as a falloff, you can click Request Review directly in the app and we will happily review.
