What if I will be late to a load?

If you are going to be late to pick-up or drop-off, Convoy needs to know right away so we can update the shipper. You can let us know via phone or through the app. Our shippers set specific appointment windows, so we expect that you arrive at the time specified for the load. Arriving late will affect your performance score.

To report an issue with a load through the app:
1. Tap "Jobs and Offers" from the main menu.
2. Tap "Jobs".
3. Tap the load with the problem.
4. Tap the 3 dots in the upper right corner then tap "Report Problem"
5. Tap on the relevant issue with the load.

You can also give us a call at 425-214-1769 ext. 1 as soon as you know you won't arrive within the appointment time.
