To ensure loads are delivered timely, accurately, and securely, the Convoy app will not display certain details about a shipment—such as the pickup number—until the assigned driver arrives near the facility.
Before these details are released, they will show as "Available when you arrive at the facility."

Note: These details will not be included in the rate confirmation - you will need to return to the Convoy app if you want to view them again.
