How To Add a Debit Card

Adding a debit card to your payment profile in the Convoy app is easy and enables you to get paid within eight hours if you select same-day QuickPay payout on a load. The debit card will only be used to receive payouts via Convoy and allows us to send payments within eight hours, including weekends, holidays, and after hours.
To add a debit card to your payment profile follow these steps:
Go to the “Profile” section in the bottom menu of the Convoy app.
Scroll down and select “Payment Information” from the Carrier Information section.
Go to the “Debit Card” field in the Bank Account Information section and add your debit card information. The card must be attached to a valid bank account to be accepted.
