Accessing Contract Freight

Through the Convoy Platform, carriers can access contract freight. Contract freight can add stability to your schedule, keeping your trucks full and earning. If contract freight is offered on a lane, it will have the label: “CONTRACT’.

When bidding on contract freight, please note that volume is not guaranteed.

If awarded a contract, the carrier will receive preferred access to loads on the named lane for the duration stated in the contract. Preferred load offers are valid for the amount of time dictated by the contract and sent for the contracted rate.

Carrier contracts do not constitute employment or a formal partnership between the carrier and the Convoy Platform or broker of record of the shipment. Contracts may be terminated at any time for any reason.
