If any issues arise during an active load, it’s important to notify the broker of the load as soon as possible. If you are running late, have a problem at pick up or delivery, have a damaged load, or need to request to cancel the load, you can report the problem to the broker directly in the app.
To report a problem / cancel a load in the app to the broker, follow these steps:
Open the app and select “My Loads” in the bottom navigation menu.
In the “Booked” tab, select the active load.
Tap the Support icon in the upper right-hand corner.
Select the support option most relevant to your situation:
Report a problem
Report late to next stop
Provide all requested details to the problem.
If you need to speak directly with a representative, the broker’s customer support line is available in the load details page of the app or in your ratecon. Follow the steps below to find the broker’s support number in the app:
Open the app and tap "My Loads" from the bottom menu.
Next, tap the "Booked" tab
Select the load that you are experiencing an issue with
Tap the Support icon in the upper right corner
Tap “Call broker”
