Why are important shipment details missing from the Convoy app?

To ensure loads are delivered timely, accurately, and securely, the Convoy app will not display certain details about a shipment until four (4) hours before the scheduled pickup.

Note: These details will not be included in the rate confirmation - you will need to return to the Convoy app if you want to view them again.
