How to navigate your scorecard / Request a shipment review
What is your carrier scorecard:
The carrier scorecard provides a clear and transparent record of your historical performance metrics. It tracks key areas like On-Time performance, App Use, and Falloff performance. With your scorecard, you’ll always know where you stand and can take steps to maintain a strong performance record. To access your scorecard, open the Convoy Platform app and tap on the Profile tab. Here, you will see the three performance metrics, your current scores, overall assessment ratings, and the individual shipments impacting your performance record.
How to request a shipment review:
If you believe a shipment is incorrectly impacting your carrier scorecard, you can easily request a review of the scoring decision in the Convoy Platform app, following the steps below. The Performance Team will review the timeline and details of the shipment in question and reply to the email address you provided with a decision to either adjust the performance score or maintain the original score.
Open the Convoy Platform app
Tap on the Profile tab to see your performance history.
Tap into either the On-Time, App Use or Falloffs metric to view the shipments negatively impacting your performance record.
Scroll down and select the specific shipment for review.
Tap ‘Request review’ at the bottom of the page.
Fill out the form on the following screen with your contact email and the reason you are requesting a review. Use the open notes section to add any other information to help us understand why this shipment should not negatively impact your score.
Tap ‘Send Request’ when you have completed the form and the request will be sent to our Carrier Performance team for review. We will respond within 24 hours, though responses may be delayed for requests submitted over the weekend.
