If tapping a Convoy link (containing https://cnvy.app.link/) is sending you to the App Store instead of taking you directly to the load or page you expected, you may be experiencing a known issue with app deep links on iOS. Follow the steps below to resolve this.


Reinstall the Convoy App

Reinstalling the app ensures you have the latest version and clears any cached link-handling behavior that may be causing the redirect.

  1. Delete the Convoy app from your iPhone by pressing and holding the app icon, then selecting Remove App > Delete App.
  2. Restart your phone by powering it off completely, then turning it back on.
  3. Redownload the app from the App Store. Search for "Convoy" and tap download to install the latest version.
  4. Log back in and try tapping the link again.
