Congrats on your first load with Convoy!
It looks like you have an upcoming shipment scheduled. To meet shipper expectations, please ensure that you or your driver arrive before to the pickup appointment.

In the section below you'll see a checklist of items that need to be completed on each load for your trip to be considered successful. Learn more about the benefits of using the app here.
 

Let's do a quick run-down!

Before your shipment
Review all load details to ensure you have the correct equipment required for the load.
Add your drivers to your Convoy profile and ensure they have the Convoy App dowloaded.
Assign the correct driver to the load.
Ensure that driver's location services are on and set to “Always” at least 3.5 hours before pickup.
During your shipment
Make sure that Location Services are left on “Always” for the entirety of the load.
Communicate any delays or issues by using the "Report an Issue" feature in the app as soon as possible, preferably more than 1 hour before the appointment.
Arrive on-time to each stop.
Double check that each stop has the correct departure time recorded and is marked complete in the app before moving on to your next stop.
After your shipment
Upload the BOL within 24 hours of shipment completion.
Finally, let’s see how you did on your first run! Review your performance scores under the “Past Jobs” tab in the app. Don’t hesitate to reach out to us at compliance@convoy.com if you have any questions.
