1. Bobtail to pickup (do not bring your own trailer).

2. Check into the facility with the trailer number listed in the app / rate confirmation sheet.

3. Find the trailer, and complete the trailer inspection.

4. Select "Pickup Complete" in the app. This will allow you to enter the trailer number and confirm pickup.

5. Hook up to Convoy’s preloaded trailer and hit the road.

6. After delivery, drop the empty trailer at the location specified on the rate confirmation sheet,. You can use our trailer to book a return trip with Convoy or another broker.
