We don’t charge carriers for using our trailers for power-only loads, as long as the trailer is returned by the cutoff time listed on the rate confirmation sheet. Some cutoff times are eligible for an extension using our Flexible Trailer Return feature. However, loads with a trailer extension must still be returned by their new cutoff time.  

If the trailer is returned late, Convoy will deduct a late fee from the original rate listed on the rate confirmation sheet. The late fee amount will be $100 for each day that the trailer is late. If the accrued late fee is larger than the rate of the load, Convoy reserves the right to charge the remaining fee on other loads you complete.
