What if the lane I want doesn’t have any shipments available?

We want to provide you with the best loads possible, regardless of when you’re looking for them. If you search for loads and don’t find the right fit, submit a request through our Request A Load feature in the Convoy app! This lets us know what you’re looking for so we can contact our customers and try to get the right load for you.

Though we’re unlikely to find you the perfect job every time, submitting requests helps us understand which freight you want and when you want it. When we find a match for you, we’ll notify you through the Convoy app and via email.

To submit a request:

  1. Open the Convoy app and go to the menu button at the top left corner of the screen
  2. Tap “Jobs and Offers”
  3. Click on “Requests” in the center of the screen
  4. Click “Create New Request” and enter the details for the lane you want
  5. You can specify a date for the load you want or if your request is for a lane that you like to run regularly, please check the box that says “I always want this lane”

There is no limit to the number of requests one person can submit so by all means, the more the merrier!
