What's the best way to contact support?
For load support:
Using the Convoy app is the best way to get support from the broker of the load.
Open the app and go to the load details page of the active load
Select the Support icon in the upper right-hand corner
From here, you can report a problem to the broker's support team, or call/email the broker's support team directly.
NOTE: The support phone number and email of the broker are also listed in the rate confirmation for the load.
