How do carriers sign up to work with Convoy?
If the carrier authority is 90 days or older, carriers can sign up and book their first loads in just minutes with Convoy — all without needing to send a fax or even make a phone call. Interested? Follow these simple steps to create your Convoy profile:
- Register with Convoy
Visit Convoy's carrier registration page and enter your MC/DOT. The next screen will then direct you to enter your personal information (name, email, and cellphone number). If you are having trouble completing the signup process or receive an error, please reference this article!
- Gather Documents
Before you can start accepting loads, you will need to have the following on hand to complete the onboarding process:
- Copy of your insurance certificate
- Insurance broker contact information (name, phone number, email)
