What goes into the performance score?

Convoy rates and prioritizes carriers based on reliability and app usage. If you want the most business possible, it just takes a few habits:

  1. Only accept loads that you know you can complete. Learn more about cancelling loads and falloff.
  2. Make sure drivers have the app open and location services on for every load.
  3. Make sure drivers arrive on time for pick-up and drop-off.
  4. Drivers or dispatchers need to upload the bill of lading through the app after dropping off the load.

Dispatchers will regularly receive a scorecard email with ratings on each of these habits. Carriers with great scores are higher priority for loads, and carriers with low scores may be removed.
