If we pay you directly:
Go to carrier.convoy.com/paymentprofile to complete your payment profile. You will login to the Convoy website the same way you would login to the Convoy mobile app.
Please enter your registered mobile number and click "get code". You will then receive a 6-digit verification code to login.
Once logged in, please navigate to the menu button at the top right corner and click "payment profile". There you will be able to enter your payment information. Don't forget to click "save payment profile" once you are done! You can return to this page at any time to edit your payment information.
Our payments are typically issued 30 days from shipment completion. However, we also have the option for carriers to earn Convoy QuickPay™ by meeting our QuickPay requirements on each load. To earn Quick Pay, the correct driver must be assigned to the load and have the Convoy app downloaded to their mobile device with location services enabled. This includes having your location services enabled for the entire duration of the shipment along with 3.5 hours before the scheduled pickup appointment time. The driver will also need to mark stop completion events in the app and upload a photo of the BOL within 24 hours of shipment completion. For specific details, please review your ratecon!
Remember, sending us a BOL is required to get paid, whether we pay you directly or you use a factoring company.
