Someone from our team will give you a call after you complete your first shipment to create a payment profile for you in Velo, our third party payment system. You will receive an email from Velo Customer Care that will contain a link that you can follow to enter your payment information! You will have the option to choose direct deposit or to get a check mailed to you.
You only need to set Velo up once. After you create this profile, payment will process automatically for every load after that. You can access your payment history from Velo at any time by visiting www.gobold.com and logging in as a recipient with your chosen email and password.
Our payments are typically issued 30 days after the driver completes the load. However, we also have the option for carriers to earn 24 hour Quick Pay by meeting our Quick Pay qualifications on a load. To earn Quick Pay, the correct driver must be assigned to the load and have the Convoy app downloaded on their mobile phone with location services enabled for the entirety of the load, starting 3.5 hours before the pickup. The driver will also need to mark stop completion events in the app and upload a photo of the BOL within 24 hours of shipment completion.
Sending us a BOL is required to get paid, whether we pay you directly or you use a factoring company.
