How to Report a Delay

If you are going to be late to pick-up or drop-off, Convoy needs to know right away so we can update the facility. Our shippers set specific appointment windows, so we expect that you arrive at the time specified for the load. Please remember, arriving late will affect your performance score.

The best way to alert our team is through the "Report a Problem" tool in the mobile app. 


Follow these steps to report an issue with a load through both Carrier Web and the Convoy App:

  1. Tap "My Loads" from the main menu.
  2. Tap "Booked".
  3. Tap the load with the problem.
  4. Tap the 3 dots in the upper right corner then tap "Report Problem"
  5. Tap on the relevant issue with the load.
