How to Report a Delay

If you are going to be late to pick-up or drop-off, you must immediately notify the broker of the load so that the facility can be made aware. Shippers set specific appointment windows, so it’s expected that you arrive at the time specified for the load. 

The best way to alert the broker of record is through the Convoy mobile app. Please follow these steps to report your delay:

  1. Open the app and tap "My Loads" from the bottom menu.

  2. Next, tap the "Booked" tab

  3. Select the load that you are experiencing a delay on.

  4. Tap the Support icon in the upper right corner

  5. Tap “Report late to next stop”

  6. Provide all requested details related to the delay

  7. Tap “Submit”

If you need to speak directly with a representative, the broker’s customer support line is available in the load details page of the app or in your ratecon. Follow the steps below to find the broker’s support number in the app:

  1. Open the app and tap "My Loads" from the bottom menu.

  2. Next, tap the "Booked" tab

  3. Select the load that you are experiencing a delay on.

  4. Tap the Support icon in the upper right corner

  5. Tap “Call broker”
