Once the product is loaded and the driver receives the bill of lading (BOL), the Convoy app will ask you to confirm the reefer temperature (or range) as shown below.

What do I do if the BOL doesn't have a listed temperature?

If this happens, please work with the facility to write the correct temperature (or range) on the BOL and then sign the BOL. Once you have a signed BOL with this information, please enter the information in the Convoy app as shown in these images.
