You asked, we listened! We heard from several carriers that they wanted more detailed information regarding their Convoy scores. We are happy to announce that we have implemented this feedback and have made changes to the performance information in the Convoy app under the Profile tab.
There are a few major changes we'd like to draw your attention to.
1. Detailed Performance Information - Here you can see more information regarding how your score might be impacting your status or ability to book loads. In addition, you can see the shipments impacting your scorecard. A red down arrow means it is negatively impacting your scorecard, while a blue sideways arrow indicates it was excused and is not impacting your score.
2. Peer Comparison - In this visual, you can see how your carrier company is comparing to other carriers in the Convoy network. The majority of carriers have an Acceptable score, which are considered to be good, reliable carriers in the Convoy network. However, it's possible to have an Excellent score by following the Tips to Excel. Excellent carriers are eligible for special programs and receive bid acceptance perks.
3. Request for Review - At Convoy, we do our best to ensure that your scores are always reflecting accurately. However, mistakes do occasionally happen and we are always happy to take another look at a shipment you believe is negatively impacting your score in error. Now, you can click on the shipment in the app and click 'Request for Review'. The Quality & Compliance team (email@example.com) will then review the shipment and respond back to you within 24 business hours.
