Dispatchers can use the free fleet tracking feature in the Convoy app by following the steps below:

1. Open the Convoy app on your mobile phone

2. Tap the "Profile" tab in the bottom menu.

3. Tap "Drivers and Dispatchers" to see the fleet tracking map.

Monitoring your fleet:

If your drivers already have the Convoy app on their phones, you will be able to see them during core business hours (Mon - Fri, 5am-6pm). Outside of these hours, only drivers who are starting or completing jobs outside will be visible.

If your drivers don’t have the Convoy app, you can easily add them. Press ‘Add New User’ and follow the instructions.
