In order to view the payment status of a load in the Convoy app, please open your app and select "My Loads" in the bottom menu. Then select “Completed” to locate all completed loads. Select the relevant load to view the payment status.
If you are requesting payment status on your detention for a load brokered by Flexport, or require other payment-related support, please email email@example.com with your Convoy load ID.
Before reaching out to inquire about your payment status, please have the Convoy load ID available. The Convoy load ID will be on the first page of the rate confirmation sheet next to the carrier name. You will also receive an automated email with the expected payment date if your carrier does not choose same-day or two-day QuickPay on a load. These emails are sent after a BOL is approved.
