How do carriers sign up with the Convoy Platform?

How do carriers sign up with the Convoy Platform? 

Follow these simple steps to create your account: 

1. Register 

   Download the Convoy mobile app from the Google Play Store or iOS App Store, or visit the carrier registration page, and enter your DOT number. 

2. Verify the account 

   The Convoy Platform will send a code to the phone number or email on file with the FMCSA for the provided DOT. Select the verification method you prefer to use (text message or email), and enter the code into the next screen. 

3. Verify insurance 

   We must have a Certificate of Insurance on file that lists Flexport Freight Tech LLC (owner and operator of Convoy Platform) as the certificate holder. You'll be asked to provide your insurance agent's info so that we can reach out to your agent on your behalf.

4. Customize your profile 

   Provide information about your carrier, such as equipment types and lane preferences. 

5. Review and accept terms 

   Review and accept terms to finish setup of your account. You can view, bid, and accept loads directly through the Convoy app!
