When accepting or bidding on loads through the Convoy app, please be aware that these are real shipments and that by accepting a load, you are agreeing to take the shipment. As soon as you press accept and confirm, a rate confirmation will be sent to you.

If you accidentally accepted a load through the app, please notify the broker of the load as soon as possible. You can provide notice for canceling the load by following these steps:

  1. In the bottom menu of the app, tap 'My Loads'

  2. Under "Booked" tap on the load you accidentally accepted.

  3. Tap on the support icon in the top right hand corner. 

  4. Tap on 'Cancel load'.

  5. Select the reason for cancelation.
