Follow these simple steps to create your account.

  1. Register 

    Download the Convoy mobile app from the Google Play Store or iOS App Store, or visit the carrier registration page, and enter your DOT number.

  2. Verify the account 

    We will send a code to the phone number or email on file with the FMCSA for the provided DOT. Select the verification method you prefer to use (text message or email), and enter the code into the next screen.

  3. Customize your profile 

    Provide information about yourself (first name, last name, CDL optional) and about your carrier, such as equipment types and lane preferences. 

    Note: While optional during signup, if you do not provide your cab card and truck photo documentation you may be asked to do so later.

  4. Review and accept terms 

    Review and accept terms to finish setup of your account.

  5. Submit insurance information

    The Convoy Platform only accepts COIs that come directly from the insurance agent or broker. You'll be asked to contact your insurance agent with a pre-written COI request, or provide your insurance agent's info so that we can reach out to your agent on your behalf.

Once you have completed creating your account and we have verified your insurance, we will review your application to join within 24 hours.
